A great base for a week in the outdoors
The cottage is a good size for 2 people. It has everything you’ll need and is perfectly located in Portinscale. The kitchen is quite small but functional. There is plenty of space for outdoor kit (boots, bags, waterproofs) in the spacious, heated conservatory. We had 2 bikes for which there is space in the secure utility room in which there’s a washing machine for dirty kit. There’s also an outside tap with hose for washing dirty boots and bikes. The bathroom (with bath/shower) is very spacious and very warm so great for drying kit.

Thank you for your lovely review of Jasmine Cottage! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay, it sounds like you had an action packed visit to Keswick with the biking and walking, Jasmine Cottage must have been the perfect haven to come back to and relax. We would love to host you again for your next adventure in the Lakes, until then though, we wish you a very Happy New Year! Kind regards, Keswick Cottages

Excellent week in the Lakes (again)!
Great cottage location. Very cosy and warm cottage. Well equipped. The entryway (outside) could do with some sand put done as it’s very slippy on the flagstone in freezing conditions. We are back in March! Enjoyed our stay very much.

Thank you for your wonderful review of Jasmine Cottage. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and are delighted that you have re-booked for 2025! We have passed on your helpful feedback to the owner, thanks for highlighting this. We look forward to hosting you again next time. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages
